Zen Hair Fashion points were created to thank you for being a loyal client. Points are rewarded each time you purchase retail products, or receive services.  This program is free and is presented as a courtesy to all of our gorgeous clients.

 

How do I get started?

How do I accumulate points?

Points are accumulated with services  and every retail purchase at Zen Hair Fashion. Points are only awarded when eligible transactions are rung up through the register. Below is a list of ways points can be accumulated and their assigned value:

450 points for One Free Sulfate Free  Professional Shampoo

650 points for One Set of Free Sulfate Free Professional Shampoo and Conditioner

750 points for One Free Olaplex Treatment

850 points for One Free Deep Conditioning Treatment

 

How many points do I have?

Your points total will be listed in our Zen Hair Fashion loyalty program system and Tapmango App ( IOS & ANDROID).

 

Are points transferable?

No. Points can only be redeemed by the person who earned them.

Cancellation policy:

Missed appointments or cancellations within 48 hours prior to an appointment will result in a fee and/or a deposit to hold any future appointments.

We require 48 hours notice for confirmations , cancellation, and changes to the scheduled services. If an appointment is not confirmed at least 48 hours prior we cannot guarantee that we will hold the appointment.
