Cancellation policy:

Missed appointments or cancellations within 48 hours prior to an appointment will result in a fee and/or a deposit to hold any future appointments.

We require 48 hours notice for confirmations , cancellation, and changes to the scheduled services. If an appointment is not confirmed at least 48 hours prior we cannot guarantee that we will hold the appointment.

if you will be running behind please call ahead to help your service provider determine if you can still be seen.
